Both teams played some good defensive games, Templestowe College played attacking game and took the Heathdale by surprise in the first game and won easy. However in the second game Heathdale played more defensive and held Templestowe to an exiting draw.

All games played in a sportsmanship spirit, fast and dynamic. Heathdale was the outstanding team and well coached it should be note that both Brunswick and Templestowe were also competitive

Due to the Swine Flu the school participation was minimal, therefore Heathdale Christian College is the Senior Handball Premiers, follow by Templestowe College runner’s up and Brunswick Secondary College third.
